The House Oversight Committee has released a set of roughly 70 images secured from the holdings of late convicted sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein.

This marks the latest in a series of publication from a larger collection of over 95,000 photos the body has secured from Epstein's estate. It includes pictures of quotes from the book Lolita inscribed across a female's body, and obscured photos of female overseas passports.

This disclosure comes mere hours before the 19 December due date for the DOJ to make public each files related to its probe into Epstein.

"These photos bring up more inquiries about exactly what the Department of Justice has in its possession," stated the senior Democrat of the committee, Robert Garcia.

What is in the Photos Disclosed

Several of the images published on recently show Epstein speaking with scholar and advocate Noam Chomsky on a personal aircraft; Bill Gates positioned beside a individual whose features is redacted; Steve Bannon seated at a table across from Epstein, and ex- Alphabet president Sergey Brin at a dinner gathering.

These are the most recent affluent, powerful individuals to be photographed in Epstein property photos released by the oversight panel - previously published pictures also include US President Donald Trump and past president Bill Clinton, as well as film director Woody Allen, previous US Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, lawyer Alan Dershowitz, Andrew Mountbatton-Windsor, and other figures.

Appearing in the photographs is does not constitute evidence of any illegal activity, and many of the featured men have stated they were in no way implicated in Epstein's illegal activity.

In a press release issued alongside the photograph disclosure, Lawmakers on the US House Oversight Committee stated the Epstein estate's representatives did not supply context or timeframes for the pictures.

"Photographs were picked to offer the American people with transparency into a illustrative selection of the photographs received from the estate, and to offer insights into Epstein's circle and his extremely alarming behavior," the statement reads.

The disclosure also features several photographs of excerpts from the Vladimir Nabokov book Lolita penned in dark ink across different parts of a female's body, like her torso, lower extremity, hipbone, and back. Lolita tells the story of a adolescent who was groomed by a adult literature professor.

A particular passage from the novel inscribed across a woman's chest says, "Lolita's name: the end of the tongue making a journey of three steps down the roof of the mouth to land, at three, on the teeth".

The release also contains a series of images of female passports and ID papers from nations globally, including Lithuania, Russia, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine.

A large portion of the information on the IDs, like identities and dates of birth, is redacted but the House Oversight Committee stated in a press release that the passports belong to "females whom Jeffrey Epstein and his associates were involved with".

An additional image shows Epstein seated at a workstation closely in the company of three women whose identities have been obscured - one has her hand on Epstein's chest under his shirt, and another individual is crouching to look at a nearby device. Epstein appears to be assisting the third individual put on a bracelet.

Another image released is a image of digital messages from an unknown individual who claims they have been provided "several females" and are requesting "$1000 for each individual".

Photograph Publication Arrives Ahead of DOJ Cut-off

The body has many thousands of images in its holdings from the Epstein estate, which are "both explicit and ordinary," its statement on recently explained.

The House Oversight Committee first legally compelled the holdings of Epstein, who was found dead in a New York prison in 2019 while pending legal proceedings on allegations of sex trafficking, in August.

The photos and files the Epstein estate's representatives submitted to the body are separate from what is largely referred to "the Epstein documents". That material are records within the justice department's control related to its separate inquiry into Epstein.

Pursuant to the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which Donald Trump signed into law in November, the DOJ has a deadline of 19 December to publish its records. The extent of what's included in the DOJ's records is unclear, and it's likely that a significant portion of the material will be significantly redacted, similar to House Oversight Committee releases
